Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Location: Cheriton, Folkestone, Kent

Salary: £30,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)

About the Role

PSM Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join an established estate agency based in Cheriton, Folkestone.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, personable and sales-focused individual who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in the property industry.

Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous, although candidates with strong sales and customer service skills will also be considered.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Register prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.

* Arrange and conduct property viewings.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with buyers and sellers.

* Follow up on enquiries, viewings and potential sales opportunities.

* Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.

* Assist with progressing property sales through to completion.

* Maintain accurate records and support the day-to-day running of the office.

* Work towards individual and branch sales targets.

 

Skills and Experience

* Previous experience within estate agency or a similar sales environment is preferable.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A confident, proactive and professional approach.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

 

Working Hours

Five days per week, including Saturdays, with one weekday off.

* Weekdays: 8:30am – 5:30pm

* Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

 

Salary

£30,000 OTE

Basic salary and commission structure to be confirmed.
