Job Description

PSM Recruitment is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator for our client, a well-established and highly regarded property business, to join their busy Ashford office.

Working with a diverse portfolio of quality properties across Kent, including beautiful countryside homes and rural lettings, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing applicant enquiries and property viewings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating lettings and progressing tenancies
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Providing outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
  • Supporting colleagues across the wider branch network when required
  • Managing tenancies from offer through to move-in
  • Generating new business opportunities

 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Professional, organised and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy office environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

The position is predominantly based in their Ashford office, although occasional travel to other branches will be required
